Who can register for an account?
OptiSource is a wholesale supplier serving eye care professionals and optical retailers. We do not sell directly to the public. All accounts must be verified before ordering.
How do I create an account?
You can quickly register online in just a few minutes. Just go to “Login”, then “Register”. Once submitted, our team will verify your account, usually within one business day. Need faster access? Call us, and we’ll expedite your approval! Once approved, you can contact customer service to have a dedicated account representative assigned to you!
Do you attend trade shows or events?
Yes! You can find us at Vision Expo, The Vision Source Exchange, and various other doctor alliance group’s events.
Ordering & Payment
How quickly do you ship non-branded orders?
We typically ship non-branded orders the same day if your order is placed before 1:00 PM EST, Monday–Thursday.
Can I reorder a past purchase?
Yes! If you’ve ordered from us before, we keep your information and artwork on file to make reorders quick and easy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, checks, ACH transfer and approved credit terms for qualified accounts.
Are you associated with any buying groups or doctor alliance groups?
Yes! We are the exclusive vendor for Vision Source, offering the industry’s only membership discount program for its members. We are also a preferred vendor for PERC, PECAA, IDOC, Summit Optical, Vision Trends, TSO, Today’s Vision, and more. Additionally, we work with most major buying groups, such as HEA, Alliance, ADO, OOGP, and many others.
Can I request a printed catalog or digital version?
Yes! You can find a link to our digital version in the top right-hand corner of our website near the search bar. Upon request, we can also mail you a copy of our physical catalog.
Branded Products
What is the MOQ for branded products?
Standard printing MOQs are (in boxes of 100): Lens Cleaner – two boxes, Microfiber Cloths – five boxes, Eyeglass Cases – three boxes, and Retail Bags – five boxes. For specialty printing (debossed, foiled, etc.), MOQs vary. Please contact your representative for details.
How do I submit artwork/logo?
You can find our private label form under our imprinted products on our website, or you can request one from your representative. Once completed, please send it to our art department at Art@1-800-OptiSource.com or directly to your representative. You will receive a digital mockup, and your order will not enter production without your approval.
What if I don’t have a logo?
We offer a wide selection of logos to choose from, and our art department is dedicated to ensuring that you are satisfied with your one-of-a-kind artwork!
What are the setup fees associated with branded product orders?
There is no setup fee for standard imprinted lens cleaner and microfiber cloths. There is a one-time plate fee of $30 for branded retail bags and eyeglass cases. There are no other hidden fees!
Can you suggest products for special events or holidays?
Absolutely! Our sales consultants provide exceptional customer service and can recommend products tailored exactly to your event, season, or marketing campaign.
What are your most popular promotional products?
Our top-selling promotional items include imprinted microfiber cloths, lens cleaner, eyeglass cases, and retail bags.
Are your cleaning cloths and lens cleaner safe for all types of lenses?
Yes! Our lens cleaner is safe on all lenses, including those with AR coatings. Our imprinted cloths are made of the finest materials that will never damage a lens!
Shipping & Delivery
How much is shipping?
For online orders, your subtotal exceeds $149.99, your order ships for free! If it does not, a flat fee of $9.99 applies (exclusive to the continental USA).
What carriers do you use?
Our default shipping method is UPS Ground
Can I use my own FedEx or UPS account?
Yes! Customers located outside the continental USA or those not qualifying for free shipping may use their own carrier account.
What are the lead times for branded products?
Lead times are subject to change. On average, lead times are: Lens Cleaner- under one week, Eyeglass Cases- 2-3 weeks, Microfiber Cloths – 4-6 weeks, Retail Bags -2-3 weeks.
Do you offer drop shipping to multiple locations?
Yes, we do!
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges require prior authorization. Please contact us within 30 days for damage or shortage claims, and within 60 days for exchanges. Customized or special-order items are non-returnable.
Do your products have warranties?
Yes! The majority of our products are covered. There is a one-year warranty on equipment, and a 30-day warranty against defects, which includes customized products.Every third-party product you order from us is backed by the product manufacturer’s warranty.
Payment & Bills
What are your payment terms, and when is my bill due?
For accounts with approved credit terms, invoices are due according to the terms agreed upon during account setup (typically Net 30 days). Unless pre-paying with a credit card online, you will receive an invoice when your order ships. The following month, you will receive a statement with all previous invoices. Payments can be made by check, credit card, or ACH transfer.
Do you offer auto-shipments or recurring shipments?
Yes- we can arrange recurring shipments for select branded products so you never run out of your most-used items. Contact your representative to discuss the best quantity and frequency for your needs!
Can I get invoices electronically?
Yes! Contact customer service to be set up on e-invoicing today.
